One of the stories that marked my journey in real estate was with a client named Anthony. He was about to lose his apartment due to financial struggles and was on the edge of despair.

I knew I couldn’t just stand by. I personally invested in the renovation of his property to increase its value and worked on the sale as if it were my own home. By God’s grace, we sold the apartment for a much better price than expected. That allowed Anthony to pay off his debts and move into a new home that fit his budget and gave him peace of mind. But what touched me the most was what he did afterward. As a gesture of gratitude, Anthony donated a handcrafted ship model to the condominium where he once lived, the same place where his apartment had been sold.

On its plaque, he inscribed the words: ‘Gifted to John Azevedo – for restoring our faith in humanity.’

To anyone out there who is considering selling their property. I would highly recommend John Azevedo, the property manager of 11 Waterford Court, Bundall as your sales agem. I engaged John to sell my unit in Waterford Court in early February, 2024, Thanks to John's diligence and comprehensive sales plan, my unit went to contract eight days after it was listed on electronic media sites and sold for a price more than eight per cent higher than the previous record sales price for this complex. he sales process went smoothly and any information about the property, required by the prospective buyers, was quickly provided by John, who had everything on file, being the manager of the sold property. I would also like to add that while there was only the one official open house, all the serious offers for the property came from private inspections, which John was ont. happy to facilitate, is is one aspect I have found. particularly in complexes, that the big franchised real estate agents often can't or won't engage in.
